We are a private, non-government company incorporated on 12 December 2013 under the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Headquartered in Durgapur, West Bengal, we operate a fully equipped manufacturing and service facility at the Durgapur Industrial Estate, Phase II, Plot No. 8, 9, 10, 11, Birbhanpur, Durgapur, West Bengal.

We specialize in the manufacturing, repair, overhauling, and maintenance of power and distribution transformers up to 100 MVA, 220 kV class. Our capabilities also include the design, production, and servicing of Tap Changers (E-MR, CTR, OLG), Heat Exchangers, Oil Pumps, and Protective Relays. Through our integrated operations, we provide comprehensive transformer solutions for utilities, industries, and infrastructure sectors.
